💳 Payment
- Payment is required before production begins

- All payments are processed securely
- Failed payments may result in order cancellation
🎨 Design and Artwork
Customer Provided Artwork
- You are responsible for artwork quality and accuracy
- We provide basic design review but not proofreading
- You must own rights to all artwork provided
- We are not liable for copyright infringement
Design Services
- Design consultations are charged separately
- Custom designs require approval before production
- Design revisions may incur additional charges
📦 Production and Delivery
Production Times
- Production times are estimates, not guarantees
- Times start from artwork approval and payment
- Rush orders available for additional fee
- Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control
Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates provided by couriers
- We are not liable for courier delays
- Risk passes to you upon dispatch
- You must inspect goods upon delivery

Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before production begins
- Cancellation fees may apply for custom orders
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
